Last years, my family and I went to my grandparents' house in Solo. We went there by car. It took about 3 hours to get there. It felt so long that I was bored and finally felt a sleep. When I woke up I suddenly realized that we already arrived and our grandparents' house. We met our big family such us grandfather, grandmother, uncles, aunts, and many more. We spent our time together.
On the second day, we all went to Sangiran. Sangiran is a museum that keeps thousands ancient human and animal fossils. We got many experience and knowledge there. We also enjoyed the beauty surround Sangiran. We took many pictures too.
After sometimes, we looked for a place to take a rest. Finnaly we decided to sit under a tree and had lunch. After that we went back to our grandparents' house.
After having dinner, my family and I packed our clothes. At 09.00 p.m we left Solo to go back to Jogja. It was a very exciting holiday because I could spend the time with my big family. It was very happy.

03. Pantat ayam๐ mengandung karsinogen (penyebab kanker), jangan✋ makan pantat ayam
04. Makan buah ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ seharusnya before meal, bukan after meal
05. Saat mens jangan✋ minum teh☕ apalagi teh hijau, sebaiknya makan sesuatu yg bisa nambah darah
06. ✋Jangan terlalu bnyk minum susu kacang, jangan pake telur dan gula
07. ☝Makan tomat sebaiknya after meal, jangan perut kosong
08. ☝Tiap pagi bangun tidur minum 1⃣ gelas air putih bisa cegah batu empedu
09. ☝3 jam sebelum tidur๐ด jangan makan lg, bs gemuk
10. ⛔Jangan minum teh susu atau (teh tarik / buble tea) krn tinggi kalori tinggi lemak tdk bergizi dan bisa darah tinggi kencing manis
11. ⛔Jangan makan roti yg baru keluar dari oven
12. ⛔Charger jangan dekat tempat tidur, hrs berjarak 30 cm lebih
13. ☝Tiap hari minum air ๐ gelas bisa hindari kanker kantong kemih
14. ๐Siang hari harus bnyk minum air putih, ๐malam hari harus sedikit minum air putih
15. ☝Minum kopi jangan melebih 2⃣ cangkir per hari, bisa menyebabkan insomnia dan penyakit mag
16. ☝Jangan makan makanan yg tinggi lemak karena butuh 5⃣~7⃣ jam pencernaan, mengakibatkan darah terpusat pada pencernaan dan mengakibatkan ngantuk๐ด krn otak kekurangan supply darah
17. ☝Setelah jam 5⃣ sore jangan⛔ makan banyak krn tubuh kita tdk butuh banyak kalori
18. ☝๐ jenis makanan sehat:
Ikan laut dalam, pisang, jeruk bali, roti full gandum, sayur bayam, bawang putih, pumpkin, susu low fat, daging ayam, buah cherry
19. ☝Kurang tidur bikin otak tumpul, biasakan tidur๐ด siang bisa awet muda
